📝 Job Description
The Assistant SMT & AOI Programmer will assist in the programming, configuration, and maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment. The position requires strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with the production and quality teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop SMT programs for assembly lines using Juki-JaNets software.
- Create and verify AOI programs based on BOM, Gerber, and CAD files.
- Adjust inspection programs for accurate defect detection and minimal false calls.
- Generate manufacturing process instructions (MPI) using FactoryLogix software.
- Provide technical assistance in reflow, hand soldering, and wave soldering processes.
- Identify and resolve SMT/AOI programming-related issues in real time.
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly and inspection techniques.
- Ability to interpret Gerber files, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, or automation scripting tools.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 quality standards.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Education: BS or B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
