🎯 Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment: post roles, screen applicants, and schedule interviews.
Assist in onboarding: prepare documents, set up employee files, and complete joiner checklists.
Maintain HR records, update databases, and manage basic benefits paperwork.
Help plan employee engagement activities and collect feedback.
Perform general HR admin tasks and support policy implementation.

🧠 Required Skills

Good understanding of HR basics and strong interest in HR career.
Excellent organisational and communication skills (English preferred).
Comfortable using Google Sheets or MS Office.
