The ideal candidate will assist postgraduate students in research planning, thesis writing, and academic publishing. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise research projects, theses, and dissertations for postgraduate students.
• Provide expert advice on research design, data analysis, and methodology.
• Support students in writing and publishing their research papers.
• Review and evaluate students’ research work and progress reports.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on academic writing and research methods.
• Collaborate with faculty to strengthen the research culture at COTHM.

📚 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: M.Phil in Business Management or Economics (PhD preferred).
• Publications: Minimum of two research papers published in reputable journals.
• Experience: Previous teaching or supervision experience will be an advantage.
